Abtract This research is based on field surveys which show low motivation and student learning outcomes in class XI AKL 1 and XI AKL 2 who do not use digital media so that researchers are interested in conducting research on the development of Fun Taxi Poly media in the subject of Tax Administration at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. This media contains elements of the academic tournament learning model by incorporating learning materials. This study aims to develop digital-based Fun Taxi Poly media to increase student motivation and learning outcomes at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Kota Pekanbaru. This type of research is the development of learning media using the Research and Development (R&D) method which refers to the ADDIE model. The results of this study are that the Fun Taxi Poly learning media is very feasible to develop because it is based on the results of the validation of media experts and learning experts, namely obtaining a score of 85% which is in the very feasible category, and 93% of the validation value of learning experts which is also in the very feasible category. while the results of student trials show a figure of 86% which is included in the very good category in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. This study shows that Fun Taxi Poly media is very feasible and effective to be developed because it can increase student motivation and learning outcomes
