Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik melalui implementasi LKPD POE. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pre eksperimental melalui one group pretest posttest design. Implementasi dilakukan di SMAN 3 Unggul Sigli pada peserta didik kelas X MIA 2 yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis berupa 10 soal esai dengan reliabilitas 0,877. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh rata-rata nilai pretest 28 dan posttest 79, dengan ­N-Gain 0,74 yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD POE efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik SMA.Kata kunci: LKPD, POE, kemampuan berpikir kritis AbstractThis study aims to improve the critical thinking skills of learners through the implementation of worksheet. This research uses quantitative approach with pre experimental research method through one group pretest posttest design. Implementation is done in SMAN 3 Unggul Sigli in class X MIA 2 students selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected by using critical thinking skills in the form of 10 essay questions with reliability of 0.877. Based on the data analysis results obtained average pretest value of 28 and posttest 79, with N-Gain 0.74 which indicates an increase in the ability of critical thinking.
