<![CDATA[Powtoon-based animation media is a component of learning resources that can help students learning process to observe an object that contains a collection of images that are processed in such a way as to produce movement and are equipped with audio that helps students understand the material delivered easily in guidance and counseling services. The purpose of this study is to determine the product development process, determine the feasibility of the product according to experts and practitioners, determine student responses and product effectiveness. The research method used is Research and Development (RD). The participants in this study were media experts, material experts, BK practitioners and students of SMP Negeri 1 Batujajar. The results show that the product that needs to be developed in SMP Negeri 1 Batujajar students is animation based on Powtoon on students learning motivation, the product developed is very feasible to use with percentages according to media experts 100%, material experts 91,96%, and BK practitioners 93,75%, then the product developed obtained a very good student response with a percentage of 88,87% in the model trial and 90,77% in the usage trial, and the product developed was effective on student learning motivation with a pretest percentage of 85,5% and posttest 91,2%.Keywords: Animation Media, Powtoon, Learning Motivation ]]>
