<![CDATA[Tourism is one of service industry and services activities, which is the best way to raise foreign exchange in non-migas sector. By getting developed, tourism in Indonesia definitely makes another industry sector to be developed. Kandank Jurank Doank is a tourist attraction which is located in South Tangerang. It has a study tour concept that is being the society’s choice for going to there because the location is also close enough to the center of Jakarta. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative data as a support. The technique of data collection acquired from observation, questionnaire interview, and documentation study. The informant of this research is the staff of Kandank Jurank Doank to get an accurate data either internal or external factors. The Analysis of Internal and External Factor is determined by the staff of Kandank Jurank Doank through questionnaire technique and the next step is calculation of Internal and External Factors, relative amounts. After calculating Internal and External Factors, relative amounts, it's continued with Matrix EFE and Matrix IFE to determine EFE and IFE’s total score which will be used for measurement of Matrix I-E, the last one is Matrix SWOT to determine the strategies of tourist attraction Kandank Jurank Doank’s development. Any strategic development that can be obtained from MATRIX SWOT is, Developing companys will and keep holding the available tourist concept. Optimalizing Management Information System by doing education activity in Kandang Jurang Doank. Improving service and human resources in safety and comfort sector in order to achieve customer alternative activity by using available facility and ground, Increasing good relation between goverment, civillians, and also tourist, Utilizing social media usage to maximise promotion activity of Kandank Jurang Doank and also make relations with investor to help the devlopment of Kandang Jurang Doank.]]>
