The Covid-19 pandemic has caused disruptions in the overall learning process, and a solution is needed to answer these problems. Online learning is one alternative method that can overcome these problems. The learning process without face-to-face certainly requires a teacher to have professionalism in carrying out his duties. It can be seen from the current technology development, which requires teachers to adapt. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. A teacher is considered professional under several required competencies, including pedagogic, personality, social, and professional competencies.
