Factors Affecting Work Productivity There are several factors that can affectemployee work productivity, namely: Training, Job training to equip employees withskills and the right way to use work equipment. Mental and Physical Ability The mentaland physical environment of employees is very important to be a concern for, because thephysical and mental state of employees has a very close relationship with employee workproductivity.Meanwhile, Tiffin and Cormick said that the factors that affect work productivitycan be said to be in two groups, namely: 1). Factors that exist in the individual, namelyage, temperament, individual physical condition, complaints, and motivation 2). thatexist outside the individual, namely physical conditions such as atmosphere, lighting, resttime, length of work, wage factors, organizational forms, social environment, and family.Work Achievement of a Leader, Understanding Work Performance is a workachieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on achievement andsincerity of time.Based on the understanding stated above, it can be concluded that workperformance is an employee in terms of quality and quantity in carrying out work inaccordance with the responsibilities given over a certain period of time.Factors Affecting Work Performance There are 3 factors that affect workperformance, namely: 1). Ability factor: psychologically, the employee's ability consists ofpotential abilities and reality abilities, employees who have adequate education for theirpositions and skills in carrying out daily work will better achieve the expected work. 2).The motivational factor is the mental condition of the employee, which means that theemployee must be mentally prepared, physically able, understand the main workobjectives to be achieved, be able to utilize and create work situations, 3). SituationFactors: situations that can affect work are the conditions of the room which are certainlyquiet, a good working atmosphere, a supportive work system will certainly encourage thecreation of high work performance.Performance Indicators Work performance indicators, namely: Quality of Work(Quality), namely the level of perfection of work processes or fulfillment of ideal andexpected work activities.
