Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengangkat masalah tentang kehidupan pedagang daging sapi dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kehidupan pedagang daging sapi di Pasar Induk Lambaro.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kehidupan pedagang daging sapi di Pasar Induk Lambaro dan menjelaskan faktor yang mempengaruhi kehidupan pedagang daging sapi di Pasar Induk Lambaro.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yakni observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara (interview). Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah dan pendekatan kualitatif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,pasar Lambaro mulai aktif pada tahun 1972, namun pada saat itu pasar belum ramai seperti sekarang. Pedagang daging Sapi di Pasar Induk Lambaro termasuk dalam kategori sejahtera. Dilihat dari Pengeluaran rumah tangga, pendidikan anak-anaknya dan  juga kehidupan ekonomi para pedagang daging sapi khususnya dalam aset rumah tangga sudah cukup memadai.Disamping itu, ada tiga faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kehidupan pedagang daging sapi di pasar induk Lambaro, yakni faktor Pendidikan, kurangnya lapangan pekerjaan non formal yang disediakan oleh pihak pemerintahan, dan faktorkeluarga. Kata Kunci : Daging Sapi, Pedagang, Prosopography.ABSTRACTThis study raised the question about life beef traders and factors affecting the life of beef traders in the Market Master Lambaro. This study aims to describe the life of beef traders in the Market Master Lambaro and explain the factors that affect the lives of beef traders in the Market Master Lambaro. The data collection is done in three ways, namely observation, documentation and interview (interview). The informants in this study were selected through purposive sampling technique. The method used is the historical method and qualitative approach. Based on this research, Lambaro market was active in 1972, but at that time the market is not crowded as it is now. Cow meat traders in the Market Master Lambaro included in the category of being. Judging from household spending, their children's education and also economic life of beef traders especially in household assets is sufficient. In addition, there are three main factors that affect the lives of beef traders in the central market Lambaro, namely the factors education, non-formal lack of jobs provided by the government, and family factors. Keywords: Beef, Traders, Prosopography.
