Efektivitas Layanan Konseling Kelompok dengan Teknik Self Management untuk Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Belajar Siswa

Abstract

Abstract: This study has a goal to know the effectiveness of group counseling services with self-management techniques in improving student learning discipline. Research using quantitative research method with quasi experimental design with Nonequivalent Control Group design model, with pretest-posttest control group design. The technique of taking this respondent's response to purposive sampling. Respondents This study X-regular class and took 8 students to become a control group and 8 students to become experimental groups. The results data analysis showed that there was a significant difference of student learning discipline after being treated group counseling with self management technique (F 0.003 <0.05). Conclusion Ha accepted and Ho rejected, the post-test experimental group and post-test control group significantly. That is, group counseling services with self-management techniques are effective in improving student learning discipline. Keywords: Group Counseling Service, Self Management, Discipline  Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan quasi experimental design dengan model nonequivalent control group design, dengan pretest-posttest control group design. Teknik pengambilan responden penelitian ini secara purposive sampling. Responden penelitian ini yaitu kelas X-Reguler dan diambil 8 siswa untuk menjadi kelompok kontrol dan 8 siswa menjadi kelompok eksperimen. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan kedisiplinan belajar siswa setelah diberi perlakuan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management (F 0,003 < 0,05). Kesimpulan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yaitu post-test kelompok eksperimen dan post-test kelompok kontrol berbeda secara signifikan. Artinya, layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Layanan Konseling Kelompok, Self Management, Kedisiplinan Belajar
