Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji Disiplin Kerja Pribadi dalam Memediasi Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel penelitian adalah karyawan PT Monokem Suya Karawang. Data penelitian berasal dari kuesioner. Analisis model struktural diolah menggunakan SMART-PLS 3.0. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 174 orang karyawan dengan sampel pria sebanyak 170 orang dan wanita sebanyak 4 orang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Pribadi dapat memediasi Motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Serta Disiplin Pribadi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan.The purpose of this research is to test the research model which states that personal work discipline mediates motivation and the work environment on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative approach, with the research sample being employees of PT Monokem Suya Karawang using direct distribution of questionnaires. The research model processed analized by SMART-PLS 3.0. The population in this study were 174 employees with 170 male samples and 4 female samples. This research shows that Personal Discipline can mediate Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance. And Personal Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
