<![CDATA[Maksud utama penelitian ini untuk melakukan analisis dan pengujian pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja dengan Locus of Control sebagai variabel intervening. Teknik pengambilan sampel memakai metode sensus dengan jumlah narasumber 100 mompreneur di kota Bogor. Alat bantu untuk pengolahan data quesioner menggunakan Smart PLS. Analisis meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, outer model inner model dan total effect serta direct dan indirect effects. Hasil penelitian, variabel motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap locus of control secara positif. Motivasi, kompetensi dan locus of control berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja perempuan berwirausaha secara positif. Variabel locus of control mampu memediasi variabel motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap variabel kinerja perempuan berwirausaha secara positif.The main objective of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effects of motivation and competence on the performance of women entrepreneurs assisted by Alisa Khadijah, Bogor, with locus of control as an intervening variable. The sampling technique uses the census method with a total resource person 100 mompreneurs in the city of Bogor. Processing questionnaire data using Smart PLS, with test instruments for validity, reliability, outer model, inner model and total effect as well as direct and indirect effects. The results of the research, both of motivation and competency have a significant positive effect on locus of control. Motivation, competency and locus of control have a signifikan the performance of women entrepreneurs in a positive manner. The results of the study, motivational and competency variables affect the locus of control positively. Motivation, competence and locus of control affect the performance of women in entrepreneurship positively. The locus of control variable is able to mediate motivation and competence variables against the performance variables of women entrepreneurship positively.]]>
