<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to describe the level of competence of teachers as teachers in schools. Because, teacher competence is very important in carrying out their duties and profession as teaching staff. A teacher who has competence in his profession will be able to carry out his duties properly and effectively, efficiently and on target. The research method used is quantitative research and this type of research uses descriptive statistical analysis. The method of collecting primary data is from filling out questionnaires by teacher respondents and secondary data comes from school report data. Based on the results of the total indicators of each competency have different results. The teacher's personality competence at SMP N 20 Depok has the highest average and belongs to the good category, namely 4.15 and the teacher's pedagogic competence has an average of 3.89. Meanwhile, the professional competence of teachers has an average of 3.96 and the social competence of teachers is quite low, namely 3.63.
