Gambaran Prior Knowledge Siswa pada Konsep Respirasi Seluler dalam Kajian Studi Literatur

Pengetahuan awal (prior knowledge) adalah kumpulan dari pengetahuan dan pengalaman individu yang diperoleh sepanjang perjalanan hidup mereka, dan apa yang akan ia bawa ke­pada suatu pengalaman belajar yang baru. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana gambaran prior knowladge siswa pada konsep respirasi seluler. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dari lima artikel yang membahas tentang gambaran prior knowledge pada konsep respirasi seluler. Studi ini menunjukan bahwa pemahawan awal siswa terhadap materi respirasi seluler masih kurang baik dan terdapat miskonsepsi dalam materi respirasi seluler ini. Guru diharapkan dapat berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat mengetahui bagaimana pengetahuan awal dari siswa.Prior knowledge is the set of knowledge and experience acquired by individuals throughout their lifetime, and what it will bring into a new learning experience. The purpose of writing this article is to examine how the prior picture knowladge students on the concept of cellular respiration. The method used in this study is the study of the literature of five articles that discuss the overview of prior knowledge on the concept of cellular respiration. The study showed that the early reactions of students to cellular respiratory material were still poor and there was misconception in this cellular breathing material. Teachers are expected to be able to play an active role in the learning process so that they can know how early knowledge of the student.
