Muamalah is part of Islamic law that regulates the relationship between two or more parties, both between an individual and another person, or between legal entities, such as corporations, firms, foundations, the state, and so on. In everyday life, there are many community problems concerning the procedures and laws of conventional and sharia banking products. The general public still understands sharia law in finance and banking in a confusing and multi-interpreted way. In fact, in the constitutional law of the Republic of Indonesia, the laws and regulations have regulated this matter in such a way. Contemporary Fiqh scholars have also provided clear descriptions in accordance with current fiqh case studies. With the publication of literature that discusses this issue, it is hoped that it can add insight among the wider community so that they have an understanding and paradigm in accordance with Islamic sharia provisions.
