This research uses a qualitative research, using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at Rawdatul Uloom Goengan Trangkil Baty High School. The topic was teachers, principals and students. The informants are teachers, administrators, and students. This research took place from February to May. The data sources used are documentation, observation and interview. Arabic teachers make plans by making learning such as making daily schedules, making daily work programs, weekly work programs, monthly work programs, and yearly programs, as well as evaluating and evaluating learning resources. The used varies according to the subject, the guidance includes: the implementation of the curricula with the steps of learning the Arabic language that include the ability of the students, namely: the ability to speak, the ability to listen, the ability to write, as well as the ability to understand related to learning the Arabic language and arbitration is the process of teaching the Arabic language that It is carried out by Kindergarten Science High School Goenjan Trangkil Baty by looking at the teacher's work and the results of his students, applying teaching strategies or methods, the educational achievements of students, and observing students' behavior.
