The purpose of this study is to examine the application of problem-based learning (PBL) model for improving the learning performance of students of class VI SDN 19 Mataram. This type of inquiry is called Classroom Inquiry. The data collection methods in this study are observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the application of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching model can enhance the learning performance of students of class VI SDN 19 Mataram. This can be seen in each cycle, where there is always an increase in learning activity and achievement of student learning activity indicators of 75%. At the stage of preparation for action, 57.68% of students showed educational activity, while 46.15% did not show it and fell into the poor category. Then in Cycle I there was a 70.77% increase in what appeared and 29.23% in what did not appear and was in the category quite well, and finally in Cycle II there was an 88.08% increase in what appeared. and what didn't appear. appears at 11.92% and is in the very good category.
