<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aimed to determine whether there is pe-climatic influence school life to students' creativity SMAN 2 Sukoharjo. A sample of 280 students. Data collection using the questionnaire. The data was analyzed us- ing SPSS version 11.5. Results of the study pointed out that climate-school life affect students' creativity in a positive and significant. The magnitude of climatic influences kehidup early school students 'creativity to reach 6.5%, while the contribution of climate-school life of the students' learning creativity reaches 0.130 on 32 946 constants. It can be concluded bah-wa scores each increase of one unit climate school life will mena-ikkan creativity of student learning at 0.130 to 32.946 constants.Keywords: school committee, school organizational culture, the productivity of school. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pe-ngaruh iklim kehidupan sekolah terhadap kreatifitas belajar siswa SMA Negeri 2 Sukoharjo. Sampel sebanyak 280 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis mengguna-kan komputer program SPSS Versi 11.5. Hasil penelitian menunjuk-kan bahwa iklim kehidupan sekolah mempengaruhi kreativitas belajar siswa secara positif dan signifikan. Besarnya pengaruh iklim kehidup-an sekolah terhadap kreativitas belajar siswa mencapai 6,5%, sedang-kan kontribusi iklim kehidupan sekolah terhadap kreatifitas belajar siswa mencapai 0,130 pada konstanta 32.946. Dapat disimpulkan bah-wa setiap kenaikan satu unit skor iklim kehidupan sekolah akan mena-ikkan kreatifitas belajar siswa sebesar 0,130 pada konstanta 32,946.Kata Kunci: komite sekolah, budaya organisasi sekolah, produktifitas sekolah.      ]]>
