This study aims to identify and analyses the practicum-basied learning process for science process skills and learning outcomes in the classification of living things for class VII B SMPN 1 Gunung Jati 2019-2020. The theory used in this study is practical learning theory, science process skills, and learning outcomes aimed at learning the classification of living things in biology subjects at the junior high school level. The research method used was descriptive-quantitative with the experimental research design. One group pretest-posttest design with the number of samples in one class totaling 36 respondents and the sampling technique used being total sampling. The results showed that there were changes between the pre-test and post-tests for both skills and learning outcomes, as indicated by the correlation values of 0.619 and 0.148. Suggestions for further research can include practicum methods with cooperative designs.
