<![CDATA[Decreased production and expenditure of breast milk in the first days after delivery can be caused by a lack of stimulation of the hormones prolactin and oxytocin which play a very important role in the smooth production and release of breast milk. Efforts to stimulate the release of the hormone oxytocin can be done by doing oxytocin massage. In order for breast milk production to run smoothly, postpartum mothers need knowledge about oxytocin massage in smooth breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of postpartum mothers about oxytocin massage in the smoothness of breastfeeding at PMB Nanik Asmawati, S.Tr.Keb.Bdn. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive. The population in this study, namely all postpartum mothers were in two places, namely at PMB Nanik Asmawati, S.Tr.Keb.Bdn., and RSIA Artiva Bunda Yogyakarta from November-December 2022, totaling 30 respondents and the sample used was 30 respondents. The research method uses total sampling and data collection uses a questionnaire. Analysis with univariate analysis using the frequency distribution. The results of the study interpreted that most of the knowledge of postpartum mothers about oxytocin massage in smooth breastfeeding was sufficient (70%), the knowledge of postpartum mothers regarding the meaning of oxytocin massage was sufficient (66.7%), the knowledge of postpartum mothers about the benefits of oxytocin massage was sufficient ( 66.7%), the knowledge of postpartum mothers about how to do oxytocin massage is less (53.3%). The results of this study can be concluded that the majority of postpartum mothers about oxytocin massage in smooth breastfeeding are knowledgeable enough (70%). The results of this study can be used as input material for postpartum mothers in order to increase their knowledge and skills in an effort to increase breast milk, especially oxytocin massage. Abstrak Penurunan produksi dan pengeluaran ASI pada hari-hari pertama setelah melahirkan dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya rangsangan hormone prolaktin dan oksitosin yang sangat berperan dalam kelancaran produksi dan pengeluaran ASI usaha untuk merangsang pengeluaran hormone oksitosin dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pijat oksitosin. Agar produksi ASI berjalan dengan lancar, maka diperlukan pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang pijat oksitosin dalam kelancaran ASI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang pijat oksitosin dalam kelancaran ASI di PMB Nanik Asmawati, S.Tr.Keb.Bdn. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh ibu nifas berada di dua tempat yaitu di PMB Nanik Asmawati, S.Tr.Keb.Bdn., dan RSIA Artiva Bunda Yogyakarta dari bulan November-Desember 2022 yang berjumlah 30 responden dan sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 30 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan total sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa dengan analisa univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian di interpretasikan sebagian besar pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang pijat oksitosin dalam kelancaran ASI cukup sebesar (70%), pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang pengertian pijat oksitosin cukup sebesar (66,7%), pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang manfaat pijat oksitosin cukup sebesar (66,7%), pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang cara melakukan pijat oksitosin kurang sebesar (53,3%) Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu nifas tentang pijat oksitosin dalam kelancaran ASI berpengetahuan cukup sebesar (70%), Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan masukkan untuk ibu nifas agar dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam upaya memperbanyak ASI khususnya pijat oksitosin]]>
