However, there is potential to improve educational outcomes, especially in terms of curriculum innovation and enhancing both internal and external communication. In order to improve the quality of education, the head of the madrasah needs to continue to play a role as a leader, innovator, motivator, and entrepreneur within the school environment. Additionally, democratic and consultative leadership remains one of the main pillars in ensuring the participation of all stakeholders in decision-making and the development of the madrasah towards a better future.
