<![CDATA[The administration is one of the activities of managing local-owned assets (BMD) where the assets must be registered and recorded in the List of Assets Managers according to the classification and codification of the local-owned assets . However, in reality, the presentation of the local-owned assets report has not been carried out in an accountable and timely manner. The strategy and policy direction in achieving reliable administration of local-owned assets has been stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 47 of 2021 concerning Procedures for the Implementation of Bookkeeping, Inventorying, and Reporting of local-owned assets so that the management of local-owned assets in three main aspects can be implemented well. This article uses a qualitative approach which is an approach through exploration methods and understanding the meaning that comes from social problems with data collection techniques through literature studies where researchers seek as much information as possible through related library sources such as books, published journals, research results (thesis and dissertations) as well as other appropriate sources. The Ministry of Home Affairs continues to maximize digital-based services, one of which is through the e-BMD application in order to increase accountability for the management of local-owned assets.]]>
