AbstractThis research aims to test and analyze the influence of work family conflict on employee performance. The research was conducted using an associative approach with a saturated sampling method with a total of 103 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis (Partial Least Square). The research results show that work to family conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa Pengaruh Work Family Conflict Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif dengan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah 103 orang. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa deskriptif, Analisa Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis variance (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work to family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
