In the financial statements, the possibility that occurs is getting a profit (profit) and getting a loss. The company earns a profit if the income or income is greater than the expenses. The company suffers a loss if the income is less than the expenses. The financial performance of the company cannot be said to be good if it is only seen from the profits that continue to increase. Financial performance assessment is carried out through financial statement analysis. Financial statement analysis used is liquidity ratio (current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio), solvency ratio (debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio), profitability ratio (net profit margin, return on equity, return on investment) activity ratio (fixed asset turn over, total asset turn over). Not only through financial ratio analysis, however, financial performance assessment can be done by using Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis. At the company PT Ace Hardware Indonesia, Tbk, the company's financial performance in 2014 - 2017 based on the results of financial ratio analysis, can be said to be good. According to the results of the solvency ratio, the financial performance of the company PT Ace Hardware Indonesia, Tbk is not good. From the profitability ratio results, the financial performance of PT Ace Hardware Indonesia, Tbk is not good. Meanwhile, from the activity ratio of fixed asset turnover, the financial performance of PT Ace Hardware Indonesia, Tbk is quite good. However, from the activity ratio in terms of total asset turnover, the company's financial performance is not good. However, if viewed from the Economic Value Added (EVA), the financial performance of the company PT Ace Hardawre Indonesia is very good

AbstractAlong with the incrase population density especially in Deli Serdang, it can’t be separated from the incrase amount of waste. The garbage will incrase with population too, this isi so importance to solve. The result from Environmental Service of Deli Serdang there was 1.078 tons/day the waste production in Deli Serdang. Most of the waste produced from household and the rest comes from companies, offices, school, and others. To solved this problems it is necessary socialitation to public for managing their waste. If garbage managed properly it will be have a positive impact through composting and economic value added from a waste bank. The schools are the place that having the important role of social values to students, so they can think that they have to get knowledge about wasting management. From This PKM we expected the schools can get the knowledge about waste management methods that will be useful in society. This PKM activity is a workshop to teachers and students especially about waste management. The output of the implementation from this activity is all of society in the school getting the knowledge and skill in waste management.

STIE Graha Kirana (STIE GK) Medan melakukan kemitraan dengan Kepul Id dalam “Sosialisasi Bank Sampah” yang dilaksanakan di acara “Cek Kesehatan Gratis dengan Sampah” untuk berkontribusi langsung terhadap keberlasungan lingkungan yang bersih dan madani dan juga bagaimana sampah bisa memberikan pendapatan tambahan yang bisa meningkatkan sejahteraan masyarakat yang kali ini dilaksanakan di Dusun 2 Pantai Labu, Deli Serdang. Dalam kegiatan digunakan metode PAR, dimana para pelaksana melakukan observasi melalui pendekatan kuisioner sambil menjelaskan, diperoleh 68 responden dari sekitar 200 jumlah populasi masyarakat yang ikut serta dalam acara tersebut. Dari hasil kuisioner dan observasi langsung disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat telah menyadari pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan karena berkaitan dengan kelangsungan hidup dan kesejahteraan mereka. Namun demikian karena masih minimnya informasi tentang bank sampah di kalangan mereka, mereka masih berperilaku belum taat dalam membuang sampah pada tempatnya apalagi melakukan 3R. Hal ini terbukti dari temuan di lapangan tempat pelaksanaan PkM yang terdapat sampah plastik lama di beberapa area. Dengan adanya PkM ini diharapkan masyarakat yang menjadi responden bisa setidaknya merubah perilaku secara bertahap agar lebih sadar 3R dan mulai menjadi nasabah atau bahkan mendirikan Bank Sampah. Namun demikian hal ini tentunya tidak mudah, dibutuhkan pendampingan dari para praktisi seperti Dosen STIE GK dan Kepul id agar apa yang masyarakat harapkan bisa terwujud; mengelola sampah dengan baik dan benar dan juga bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka.

The research is purposed to test and analyzed whether human resources affect UKMK development in Medan city by using information technology as an intervening variable. the kind of research is using the associative approach. The population of the research is an MSME user in Medan city divided into kinds of business, fashion, furniture, education, agriculture, fishery, healthy and automotive. There is the determination of the amount of the sample to use with the census method based on Stratify Random Sampling definition and the sample obtainable is 100. This research consists of the independent variable being the competency of human resources, the dependent variable being UMKM development, and an intervening variable being the user of information technology. the analysis of this research is using descriptive method. Structural Equation Modeling Analyzed based on variance (Partial Least Square). The result of the research are: (1) there are effects between human resource competency and UMKM development. (2) there are effects between information technology users and MSME development. (3) there are effects between human resource competency and information technology users. (4) there are effects between human resource competency and MSME development with mediated information technology users.

This research aims to enhance the professionalism of teachers and staff at the Pesantren Tahfidhul Qur'an Al-Umm Smart Center through the "Charge & Recharge" workshop. Action Research method is employed with planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The workshop involves teachers and staff in planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results indicate improvements in teaching competence, classroom management, and managerial skills. Evaluation employs questionnaires, interviews, observations, and participant-facilitator reflections. The outcomes of evaluation and reflection are analyzed to identify strengths and weaknesses of the workshop, providing feedback for future competence development activities for teachers and staff. The workshop proves effective in enhancing the professionalism and performance of teachers and staff, with identified strengths such as interactive methods and weaknesses such as the workshop's short duration. In conclusion, the "Charge & Recharge" workshop offers relevant and effective training, emphasizing sustainable self-development for participants. Thus, this endeavor can bolster the quality of education and management at the pesantren.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the determinants of construction waste management to support the achievement of Green Construction. This is based on the construction industry's activities becoming one of the main contributors to negative environmental impacts. The type of research used in this study is the descriptive quantitative research method. The population in this study is construction management companies operating in Indonesia. The sample was taken using the random sampling method with a total of 100 construction projects.The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis and variance-based Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The research results show that sustainable development, which is an elaboration of the green construction concept, through the implementation of a waste management system, contributes to the creation of a good environment through aspects such as: Storage Handling; Reuse Material; Human Resource Competence; Field Implementation; and Work Methods. From the analysis conducted, these five aspects have a significant impact in minimizing material waste from construction activities.

The number of visitors to ASB Beach Ecotourism has not sufficiently supported the livelihoods of the MFFG ASB community post-COVID-19 and amidst ongoing coastal abrasion. To address this issue, an initiative is required to enhance the income of MFFG ASB by leveraging local resources, specifically through the processing of fresh fish into crackers. Tamban fish, abundant in the Pantai Labu sub-district, has significant but underutilized economic potential for this purpose. The goal of this community service project is to empower MFFG ASB to increase its income by transferring technology via tamban fish cracker-making training. This training, held on August 5, 2024, featured trainers from the Marine Service and included 15 participants, along with lecturers, Marine Service staff, students, and MFFG ASB members. The training resulted in the production of savory and delicious crackers, although there remain areas for improvement, particularly concerning the moisture content of the final product. It is anticipated that this initiative will not only enhance the viability of MFFG ASB in managing ASB Beach Ecotourism but also contribute positively to the local economy and community well-being in the future. Kedatangan penunjung ke Ekowisata Pantai ASB belum bisa memberikan kontribusi yang memadai kepada kehidupan KTHM ASB paska Covid 19 dan Abrasi Pantai. Dibutuhkan suatu kegiatan yang bisa meningkatakan pendapatan KTHM ASB dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada di sekitarnya seperti pengolahan Ikan segar menjadi kerupuk. Ikan Tamban adalah bahan utama kerupuk yang digunakan dan merupakan potensi yang berlimpah namun non ekonomis di kecamatan pantai labu, tempat domisili Pantai ASB. Tujuan PkM ini adalah KTHM ASB bisa meningkatkan pendapatannya melalui transfer teknologi melalui pelatihan pembuatan kerupuk ikan tamban agar bisa menjadi cikal bakal produk UMKM yang bisa bersaing di pasaran. Pelatihan dilakukan pada tanggal 5 Agustus 2024 dengan menghadirkan pelatih dari Dinas Kelautan. Peserta yang berpartisipasi berjumlah 15 orang ditambah Dosen, Staf Dinas Kelautan, mahasiswa dan anggota KTHM ASB. Hasil pelatihan kerupuk menghasilkan kerupuk yang gurih dan lezat walaupun perlu beberapa hal yang terus dievaluasi dan diperbaiki. Diharapkan kegiatan ini bisa membuat KTHM ASB sembari mengelola Ekowisata Pantai ASB juga eksis dan sukses dimasa yang akan datang dan mampu memproduksi kontribusinya kepada ekonomi dan masyarakat.

The development and economic growth of Indonesia is assisted by small and medium-sized micro enterprises (UMKM). With digital literacy as a moderator variable, this study aims to test the impact of the digital economy on UMKM's revenue in Medan City. In this study, a descriptive quantitative method was used; the sample used was a UMKM perpetrator in Medan City, with 100 respondents. Smart PLS version 3.0 is the analytical tool used. The results of this study show that the digital economy has a positive and significant impact on the income of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the field. Digital literacy also plays an important role in regulating both variables. So, if digital literacy is maximized, UMKM's revenue will increase.

AbstractThis research aims to test and analyze the influence of work family conflict on employee performance. The research was conducted using an associative approach with a saturated sampling method with a total of 103 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis (Partial Least Square). The research results show that work to family conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa Pengaruh Work Family Conflict Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif dengan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah 103 orang. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa deskriptif, Analisa Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis variance (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work to family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
