Abstract

Abstract— In the distribution of electrical energy from the plant to the distribution it must be considered the level of security of the existing power grid. Moreover in the Substation section. The protection system serves to secure electrical equipment from the possibility of damage caused by a disturbance of nature or the sudden destruction of the equipment, so that the stability of the system can be maintained, and also to secure people from the danger posed by electricity. t is necessary to review CB (Circuit Breaker) selection. Keywords: Analysis, Selection of Circuit Breaker, Substation paniki, Protection. Abstrak— Didalam penyaluran energi listrik  dari pembangkit hingga ke distribusi maka harus diperhatikan tingkat keamanan dari jaringan listrik yang ada. Terlebih lagi pada bagian Gardu Induk. Sistem proteksi berfungsi untuk mengamankan peralatan listrik dari kemungkinan kerusakan yang diakibatkan oleh gangguan dari alam atau akibat rusaknya peralatan secara tiba-tiba, sehinga stabilitas sistemnya dapat terpeliharan, dan juga untuk mengamankan manusia dari bahaya yang ditimbulkan oleh listrik. Untuk itu perlu di kaji kembali pemilihan CB (Circuit Breaker ). Kata kunci: Analisa, GI Paniki, Pemilihan Circuit Breaker, Protektsi.
