<![CDATA[This research aims to review the government collaboration process in the Women and Children Friendly Kampunge Arek Suroboyo (KAS RPA) program. This research adopts qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through interviews, direct observation, documentation collection, and a literature review of previous journal articles. Data sources were obtained through primary data. The main focus of this research is to review the collaboration process, namely face-to-face dialogue, building trust, commitment to the process, mutual understanding, and collaboration results. The results obtained by the author are that the collaboration process carried out in the KAS RPA Program has been successfully carried out. The success of this collaboration occurred because of effective communication in the form of dialogue between the RW hall managers and the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Services as well as Population Control and Family Planning of the City of Surabaya. Apart from that, the contribution of policy implementers and the community also succeeded in making the KAS RPA Program successful.]]>
