<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the concept of community paramuka. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, documentation methods. The research results of this main program are aimed at increasing the role of scouts in the social life in which they are located so that they contribute to achieving national development goals, namely realizing social welfare, making the life of the nation intelligent, and helping to maintain world peace. The concept of community scouts is a system of habits, procedures for authority and cooperation between various groups, classification and monitoring of human behavior and habits. Society is a form of living together for a long period of time, resulting in customs in society.]]>
