Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat
The Journal of Community Dedication is a national journal which contains the results of community service and empowerment activities in the form of the application of various fields of science including education, engineering, agriculture, social humanities, computers and health. The Journal of Community Devation is published twice a year, namely January and July. The Journal of Community Devation contains articles on downstream research on community organizations, industry and related agencies. We hope that this journal can be used as a means of information for readers and is useful for increasing Community Service activities. Apart from that, it is hoped that this journal can provide inspiration to implementers of Community Service activities to create new innovations and creativity.

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the performance of scout members in understanding the history of scouting in the values of service. This research method is a qualitative approach with a book review approach and observation and data analysis. This youth development then grew into a scouting movement. Scouting is a tool for communities to meet the needs of local communities, and also a tool for organizations to achieve their organizational goals. So scouting activities provided as periodic training in scout units are just a tool, and not the aim of education. For adults, scouting is no longer a game, but a task that requires sincerity, willingness and devotion. Today's people have an obligation to voluntarily dedicate themselves for the successful achievement of organizational goals. community service, the responsibility of scout members after completing study assignments is to transfer, transform and apply knowledge from within campus to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[values of service through a code of honor. This research method is a qualitative approach with a book review approach and observation and data analysis. The results of the research show that the process of constructing the value of the code of honor in scout movement activities goes through several stages, first the process of externalizing moral values. Contribution of scout members because members know moral values through guidance from scouts, coaches and scouts in scout activities guided by Trisatya and Dasa Darma, as well as using the method Scouting contains good values. Because looking at the attitude and example of the coaches, scout members have good morals. Members want to imitate his attitude. This process is externalization. Second, the process of objectivation, through routine training and habituation during scouting activities, forms the moral awareness of members of the scout movement. This includes raising awareness that good morals are necessary and important for every individual to have in their service.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the actualization of the historical values of paskibra in service which is a spontaneous activity. They do it because of imitation or curiosity, which at first does not know whether an action is right or wrong, but they prefer to do it. For example, students throw rubbish carelessly (in the form of behavior), but students do not yet know what the consequences of littering are (not yet in the form of knowledge). So the expression of students' behavior is also called charity (action). The process carried out can be seen clearly (objectively). Furthermore, students' expressions such as helping are mental behavior. Saying no to the real situation is said to be physical activity. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the dedication of members through rows. This research uses qualitative research, observation, research and triangulation research methods. The results of research on the lack of seriousness of scout members when participating in the flag ceremony every time and on major national holidays. The students did not completely show a lack of respect for the ceremony by speaking and not being perfect/ready during the ceremony. This reflects a lack of awareness and understanding of the importance of flag ceremonies in forming strong attitudes of nationalism (love for one's country) and patriotism. In the context of scouting, the flag ceremony is an important moment to introduce scouting values which are in line with attitudes of nationalism and patriotism.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the Paramuka scout village. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, documentation methods. The results of research on community development are generally actualized in several stages starting from planning, coordinating and developing various steps to handle the Scout Village formation program. The community development program in the context of establishing Scout Villages emphasizes the implementation of community-based management (CBM), namely a program management approach that uses the knowledge and awareness of local communities as its basis. A strategy to realize human-centered development practices, the center of decision making regarding sustainable resource use in the target village is in the hands of organizations in the community in the area. The community is given the opportunity and responsibility to manage the resources it has.]]>
