This article describes community service and assistance based on education, economics and social religion in the outermost, frontier and underdeveloped regions. The method used in the implementation of community service is participation in action research, in which the author is directly involved in community service. The results of the service found that educational problems for persons with disabilities in the city of Sorong are very concerning. In the economic field, it is still difficult for people who live in the outermost areas to access animal feed and the distribution of fishery products.
