Abstract: Mathematics has a very important role in thedevelopment and advancement of science and technology or scienceand technology. Low Indonesian student mathematics achievementin some competition in the world can hinder the progress of thenation though the position of mathematics is essential. On the otherhand, mathematics is also seen as one of the subjects that becomemajor stressors or most worrying lesson in the learning process inschools. This paper seeks to uncover what it is anxiety mathematicsand theoretical approaches to find out how math anxiety.
