Abstract

Abstract: Lesson Study is not a strategy or method of learning,but it is one of the development efforts to improve the learningprocess conducted by a group of teachers in a collaborative andsustainable, in planning, implementing, observing and reportinglearning outcomes. It is not a project for a moment, however it is acontinuous activity that is relentless and is an attempt to apply theprinciples of Total Quality Management, which improve studentlearning processes and outcomes on an ongoing basis, based on thedata. Lesson Study is an activity that can encourage the formationof a community of learning (learning society) are consistently andsystematically carry out repairs themselves, both at the individuallevel and managerial. Key words: Professional Teachers, Lessons Study.
