Mitigasi Risiko Produksi Anggur Di Pusat Bibit Dan Edukasi Budidaya Anggur Tangerang Selatan

Abstract

AbstractGrape cultivation is one of the agricultural sectors that has great potential in providing significant economic and social benefits. However, the production of wine is an activity that has several risks that can affect the quality of the fruit, where various factors ranging from pests and diseases to high operational costs can affect its success. One of the grape seed production centers facing this challenge is located in Tangerang Selatan, namely Pusat Bibit dan Edukasi Budidaya Anggur Tangerang Selatan. These risks are the main focus of the center's operations, threatening the sustainability of quality grape seed production. The purpose of this study is to identify risk events and risk causes to calculate the value of risk in grape cultivation and provide recommendations related to risk mitigation efforts or strategies that occur during the grape cultivation process. Then, the House of Risk (HOR) method is carried out to determine the priorities of risk agents and provide proposals for risk mitigation strategies. The results identified 19 risk events and 19 risk agents. There are 12 proposed risk mitigation strategies that can be implemented in the company based on the seven main strategic priorities of risk mitigation.Keywords : Production Risk; House of Risk; Risk Mitigation; Grape Cultivation AbstrakBudidaya anggur merupakan salah satu sektor pertanian yang memiliki potensi besar dalam memberikan manfaat ekonomi dan sosial yang signifikan. Namun, pada produksi anggur merupakan kegiatan yang memiliki beberapa risiko yang dapat mepengaruhi kualitas buah, di mana berbagai faktor mulai dari serangan hama dan penyakit hingga biaya operasional yang tinggi dapat memengaruhi keberhasilannya. Salah satu pusat produksi bibit anggur yang menghadapi tantangan ini terletak di Tangerang Selatan, yaitu Pusat Bibit dan Budidaya Anggur Tangerang Selatan. Risiko-risiko tersebut menjadi fokus utama dalam operasional pusat ini, mengancam keberlanjutan produksi bibit anggur yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kejadian risiko dan penyebab risiko untuk menghitung nilai risiko pada budidaya tanaman anggur dan memberikan rekomendasi terkait upaya-upaya atau strategi mitigasi risiko yang terjadi selama proses budidaya tanaman anggur. Kemudian, metode House of Risk (HOR) dilakukan untuk menentukan prioritas agen risiko dan memberikan usulan strategi mitigasi risiko. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi sebanyak 19 kejadian risiko dan 19 agen risiko. Terdapat 12 usulan strategi mitigasi risiko yang dapat diterapkan di perusahaan berdasarkan tujuh prioritas strategi utama mitigasi risiko.Kata Kunci: Risiko Produksi; House of Risk; Mitigasi Risiko;  Budidaya Anggur
