Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Servant Leadership Dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Di Era Society 5.0

Abstract

Abstract: The era of society 5.0 is a continuation of the 4.0 revolution which utilizes digital media and the internet to facilitate daily activities, as well as in the world of education. The spread of media and the current use of the internet helps students explore broader knowledge so that teachers are not the only source of learning. Teachers are expected to be more sensitive to changing times and the needs of society, so that they have adaptive and transformative social potential in managing themselves and have the potential to become professional teachers. Based on this, writing this article explains the role of situational leadership and servant leadership in improving teacher performance in the 5.0 era. In this scientific article data collection was carried out using the literature review method using a collection of articles, journals and books. The results of situational leadership and servant leadership are considered appropriate in leading teachers towards teacher performance. This leadership is also flexible and tends to spread a feeling of psychological empowerment to teachers so that it will affect their performance. Situational leadership and servant leadership are considered suitable for education in Indonesia where learning is dynamic and changes rapidly so that flexible leaders can more easily guide and direct teachers in improving performance.Keywords: Situational leadership, Servant Leadership, teacher performanceAbstrak: Era society 5.0 merupakan kelanjutan dari revolusi 4.0 yang memanfaatkan media digital dan internet dalam mempermudah kegiatan sehari-hari, begitupun didunia pendidikan. Meluasnya media dan penggunaan internet saat ini membantu siswa dalam mengeksplore pengetahuan lebih luas sehingga guru bukan satu-satunya sumber pembelajaran. Guru diharapkan lebih peka terhadap perkembangan jaman dan kebutuhan masyarakat, sehingga memiliki potensi sosial yang adaptif dan transformatif dalam mengelola dirinya sendiri dan memiliki potensi menjadi guru profesional. Berdsarkan hal tersebut penulisan artikel ini menelaskan peran kepemimpinan situasional dan servant leadership terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di era 5.0. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode literature riview menggunakan kumpulan artikel, jurnal serta buku. Hasil kepemimpinan situasional dan servant leadership dinilai sesuai dalam memimpin para guru terhadap kinerja guru. Kepemimpinan ini pun bersifat flexible dan cenderung menyebarkan perasaan pemberdayaan psikologis pada para guru sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerjanya. Kepemimpinan situaional dan servant leadership dinilai cocok untuk pendidikan di indonesia yang dalam pembelajaran bersifat dinamis dan berubah secara cepat sehingga pemimpin yang flexible dapat lebih mudah membimbing dan mengarahkan guru dalam meningkatkan kinerja.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan situasional, Kepemimpinan yang Melayani, kinerja guru
