Drawing from an array of studies conducted over the years, the paper highlights the variability of initiatives across districts, emphasizing the importance of tailored approaches. Key findings suggest the state's commitment to tribal upliftment through schemes addressing employment, agriculture, health, education, and more. However, challenges such as effective communication, quality education delivery, and addressing pervasive health issues, like malnutrition, persist.
