Abstract

Polygamy is one of the practices that Allah SWT prescribes for humans, but this practice in practice has a number of controversies unlike other practices, it has been proven that there are many failures in polygamous households, one of which is caused by a lack of adab education in polygamy. This type of research is qualitative research that takes references from various sources in the literature and is also included in field research. The purpose of this research is to describe the importance of polygamous etiquette education as a guide so that the failure of polygamous households can be minimized. The results of this study are that more and more people know about the etiquette of polygamy, it will make polygamous households civilized and avoid tyranny.

Abstract

This study seeks to ascertain how English Language Teaching and EFL teacher personality competencies have changed between 2003 and 2022. This study is a qualitative kind with a literature study. This study employs the Scopus search engine to find studies on language teaching and teacher personality competency. VOSviewer is also used in this work to map and evaluate data. According to the study's conclusions, 2020 will see a record number of research publications. The nation that contributes the most research articles is the Russian Federation. The highest rating in publications is in teaching, articles, and communication. Furthermore, topics about communicative competence, personality category, language teacher and EFL classroom, which have great opportunities for further research, relate to the theme of English language teaching and EFL in-service teacher personality competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the contribution of education in increasing the human development index in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach by analyzing secondary data sourced from the Badan Pusat Statistik. The results of the study show that during 2016-2021 the influence between the education index and the human development index is significant with a contribution rate of 82%. The contribution of education in increasing the Human Development Index in Banyuwangi Regency is one of the variables that influence the success of the Banyuwangi Regency government's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of sex education for early childhood to prevent sexual abuse in PAUD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Jember. This study used a qualitative descriptive case study type approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by several means of observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers used data analysis which was carried out interactively. According to Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, data analysis that is carried out interactively must go through a process of condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data in this study used source triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed that the introduction of sex education for early childhood to prevent sexual abuse in PAUD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Jember by: introducing children to the anatomy of their body parts, and explaining the function of each part in simple language, building positive habits and instilling the importance of protecting the organs particular body, this is integrated with the religious values ​​contained in the hadith. The media used are media pictures, stories, film screenings, toilet training, parenting and so on. The applications include: 1) Toilet training, 2) Instilling religious moral values ​​by introducing male and female genitalia and the obligation to cover them. 3) Parenting seminars held once or twice a month, 4) Introduction to body anatomy and its functions. 5) Teaching sex education with media images, 6) Application of regional regulations on Muslim/Muslim clothing.

Abstract

The role of Islamic boarding schools in the form of community empowerment in substance leads to a means of establishing communication between Islamic boarding schools and the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to describe the contribution of Islamic boarding schools which are one of the indicators of community empowerment at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with caregiver informants and the surrounding community using SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the development of economic empowerment products for students and the community through UMKM by utilizing natural resources around the pesantren is a step in preserving local products so that the surrounding community who are involved in the agricultural, fishery and other sectors will be able to distribute their crops to the pesantren so that the food needs of students can be met by the surrounding community.

Abstract

In 2022 poverty in Indonesia will reach 26.37 million people. This requires attention in overcoming poverty before spreading to other sectors. Based on an Islamic economic point of view, the purpose of operational behavior of assets is not only to lead to personal interests but to benefit many people. The starting point of this research study is to embed the philosophy of istirja' in the management of productive zakat in Indonesia. The preparation of this scientific paper is based on the philosophy of istirja' sentences. This study uses a literature study with qualitative descriptive data analysis which emphasizes phenomena and the sharp instincts of the researcher. Basically, in an Islamic perspective, Allah SWT has sent down mercy for all mankind, but due to human activities many problems have been manifested that require the concept of istirja' to lead a life according to Islamic guidelines (Al-Qur'an). The results of the study show that the level of poverty can be minimized through the utilization of productive zakat potential in Indonesia. The concept of istirja' in the sense of returning or implementing it in accordance with Islamic teachings, the presence of productive zakat can essentially invite all Indonesian people to implement istirja' by forming a solution to the above. With the largest Muslim population in the world, the income of zakat funds increases annually to reach Rp. 327 Trillion in 2022.

Abstract

Digital multimedia is an important learning component. The current educational process should take advantage of multimedia-digital technology which has developed a lot in the world of education. The institute of PAUD Al-Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Jember strive to make this happen Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the development of digital multimedia in early childhood learning on the theme " Nutrition Guide for Balanced Diet" at Early Childhood Education, Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Jember 2021/2022. This research method uses R&D and the development model uses the ASSURE Model. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis uses statistical analysis and Miles & Huberman. The results of his research show that this digital-multimedia development stage includes the process of analyzing the characteristics of students; determine KD (Basic Competence); choosing media, teaching materials and methods; designing and using media and learning materials in IT media; involving students in the learning process that uses the theme media "Nutrition Guide for Balanced Diet"; and evaluating and revising the developed "Nutrition Guide for Balanced Diet" Theme media products.

Abstract

Hadith has great urgency in Islam. As the second law after the al-Qur’an that has been agreed by the Ulama, the Hadith functions as an explanation for both unclear verses and laws that are not in the al-Qur’an. If there are differences in the concept of hadith, of course, it will have an impact on the resulting legal results. Broadly speaking, the difference in the concept of hadith is divided into two groups, namely Sunni and Syi’ah. The fundamental difference between these two groups is that the Hadith among the Syi'ah does not only come from the Prophet Muhammad as well as the Sunnis, but hadith is everything that relies on the ma'sum. Apart from this concept, according to Sunni, the justice of a friend is fair, while according to Syiah Sahabat it is like an ordinary human who needs to conduct research on it. The classification of hadith according to Shi'ah is not only shahih hasan and dhoif as is sunni, Shia adds the classification of muwassaq. According to syi'ah muwassaq hadiths are traditions that come from groups other than Shi'ah but are recognized as tsiqah. As for the hadith literature that is popular with Sunnis, it is the Sahih bukhari and Muslin books while the Shi'ah use al-Kafi. These differences need to be made comparisons to find out the differences in understanding of hadith;

Abstract

The results of this study are able to provide answers to what researchers convey that in the science of sociology will be studied various things that can support the implementation of character education, among others, is about the process of socialization, which is one of the important factors to shape and build the nation's character in society. In addition, sociology is also one of the social science groups which will certainly learn about the values and norms, people's behavior, social deviations to social control. Seen from what is learned in sociology are some of the main things that are very influential in shaping the character of society. The research method used is literature, where all the data that can be collected is then analyzed and presented from various data supplementary documents to provide conclusions and a study. Abstract

This research is motivated by problems regarding teachers in conveying learning material that is still conventional. In addition, there is a lack of variations in learning media, so that in the learning process children are sometimes diverted from other activities, in the process of delivering material, the teacher only focuses on the question and answer method. Thus, the purpose of this study was to find out the development of android-based collaborative media for early childhood at the Aster 36 Kebonagung Kaliwates Jember Academic Year 2021/2022. This research method uses R&D and the development model uses the ADDIE Model. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data using statistical analysis and Miles & Huberman. The results of this research indicate that the development stage of collaborative media based on android for early childhood at Pos PAUD Aster 36 Kebonagung Kaliwates includes the process of analyzing the characteristics of students; determine KD (Basic Competence); choosing media, teaching materials and methods; designing and using media and learning materials in android-based media; involve students in the learning process using android-based media; and evaluate and revise Android-based media products.
