<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas II SD Negeri Sidomulyo tentang menaksir jumlah harga dari sekumpulan barang yang dibeli melalui metode demonstrasi dan video. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 30 Oktober 2020 sampai 29 Desember 2020 selama 3 bulan di kelas II SD Negeri Sidomulyo Kabupaten Tegal semester I Tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Jumlah subjek penelitan ini ada 26 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 2 siklus. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskripstif kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data aktrivitas dan hasil belajar dari siklus ke siklus . Indikator keberhasilan adalah jika nilai siswa mendapat nilai 70 mencapai 85% maka dikatakan tuntas belajar. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa: Metode demonstrasi dan video dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa tentang menaksir jumlah harga dari sekumpulan barang yang dibeli, terbukti bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami kenaikan dari pra siklus dengan rata- rata kelas hanya 56 dengan ketuntasan belajar 23%. Pada siklus I ketuntasan 40% dengan rata-rata kelas 70, pada siklus II metode demonstrasi dan gambar untuk pembelajaran menaksir jumlah harga dari sekumpulan barang yang dibeli yang mencukupi kebutuhan siswa dapat meningkatkan ketuntasan 96% dan rata-rata kelas sebesar 84. Pada akhir siklus II dikatakan tuntas belajar. Aktivitas siswa tentang kompetensi dasar menaksir jumlah harga dari sekumpulan barang yang dibeli. Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I dengan skor 3,4 (skala 1 - 5), pada skilsu I dengan skor 4,3 (skala 1-5) dan pada siklus II dengan skor 5,0 Simpulan, metode demonstrasi dan video dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa dari pra siklus sampai dengan akhir siklus II dengan kenaikan 96%. Improving Higher Order Thinking Skills Through the Application of the Demonstration Method to Grade 2 Students of SD Negeri Sidomulyo. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student achievement in class II SD Negeri Sidomulyo about estimating the total price of a set of items purchased through demonstration and video methods. The research was carried out from 30 October 2020 to 29 December 2020 for 3 months in class II SD Negeri Sidomulyo, Tegal Regency, semester I for the 2020/2021 academic year.
