<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan, menganalisis dan membangun model sekolah bermutu yang diselenggarakan secara khas di Muamalat Solidarity Boarding School Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan dan menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi serta dilakukan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan sebagai berikut: (1) sekolah mendapatkan dukungan total dari Yayasan, pemerintah, orang tua/wali siswa, dan masyarakat sekitar sekolah, (2) sekolah merumuskan arah pendidikan secara jelas dan terencana, yang tercermin dari visi, misi, motto dan tujuan pendidikan, (3) sekolah mengimplementasikan manajemen mutu total, (4) sekolah memiliki standar pelayanan minimal, (5) sekolah memenuhi 8 standar nasional pendidikan, (6) sekolah memiliki 13 quality assurance, dan (7) sekolah memiliki semangat berprestasi, lulusan berdaya saing, dan tersertifikasi. Rumusan model ini dinamai “model sekolah bermutu berbasis quality assurance”.AbstractThis research aims to describe, analyze and build a quality school model that is uniquely organized at Muamalat Solidarity Boarding School Aceh Besar Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of field research and uses a case study research design. The research data was collected through interview, observation, and documentation study techniques and data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model data analysis technique. The results of this study were found as follows: (1) the school receives total support from the Foundation, the government, parents/guardians and the community around the school, (2) the school formulates a clear and planned direction for education, which is reflected in the vision, mission, motto and educational objectives, (3) the school implements total quality management, (4) the school has minimum service standards, (5) the school meets the 8 national standards of education, (6) the school has 13 quality assurance, and (7) the school has a spirit of achievement, competitive and certified graduates. The formulation of this model is called the “quality assurance-based quality school model”.]]>
