This research aims to determine the influence of the Teaching Internship (PLP) on interest in becoming an Economics teacher among Economics Education Student of FKIP UNS. This study uses control variables, namely gender, GPA, parents' education level, and parents' occupation. This research is a quantitative study with a population comprising UNS Economics Education students from the classes of 2018 and 2019. The sampling technique employed was proportional random sampling with a sample size of 94 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was then converted to dummy variables, and the analysis employed was binary logistic analysis. The results of this research suggest a positive and significant influence of the teaching internship (PLP) on interest in becoming an Economics teacher among Economics Education students at FKIP UNS, as supported by a significance level of 1%.
