<![CDATA[Abstrak - Kondisi Perekonomian yang semakin sulit membuat pemerintah harus lebih berperan dalam menangani masalah kemiskinan. Dengan Adanya Bantuan Sambungan Rumah Air Gratis kiranya dapat meringankan beban masyarakat miskin. Tapi seringkali Pemberian Bantuan Sambungan Rumah Air Gratis untuk Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah tidak tepat sasaran. Oleh karena itu penulis berinisiatif membuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemberian Bantuan Sambungan Rumah Air Gratis untuk Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah.Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah Metode MADM digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian atau seleksi terhadap beberapa alternatif dalam jumlah terbatas. Penerapan Metode TOPSIS menggunakan prinsip bahwa alternatif yang terpilih harus mempunyai jarak terdekat dari solusi ideal positif dan terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif dari sudut pandang geometris dengan menggunakan jarak Euclidean untuk menentukan kedekatan relatif dari suatu alternatif dengan solusi optimal. Secara umum dikatakan menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang ada. Sistem sudah bisa memberikan hasil rekomendasi penerima bantuan Bantuan Sambungan Rumah Air Gratis kepada petugas Desa berdasarkan proses TOPSIS. Hasil output dari sistem ini berupa rangking rekomendasi penduduk penerima Bantuan Sambungan Rumah Air Gratis yang dinilai berdasarkan lahan, pendapatan, memiliki tanggungan dan belum memiliki rumah.Kata kunci: TOPSIS, penduduk, bantuan, Bantuan Sambungan Rumah Air Gratis, PDAM PohuwatoAbstract - Economic conditions are more difficult to make the government should be more involved in addressing the problem of poverty.
