This research explores the implementation of the Ijarah Multijasa contract in financing Hajj and Umrah by Amitra Sharia Malang. In the context of Islamic finance, this financial institution provides innovative solutions to facilitate access for Muslims to Hajj and Umrah financing services. Using a qualitative case study method, the research aims to comprehensively understand the implementation process of the Ijarah Multijasa contract and evaluate the transparency of its terms. The results of this study are expected to offer insights for other Islamic financial institutions and contribute to the development of the Sharia finance industry, particularly in the realm of financing the pilgrimage and minor pilgrimage.
