ABSTRACT This research aimed to develop a product in the form of guided inquiry-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) to train students’ science process skills on heat transfer material. This study was categorized as a type of research development or Research and Development (R&D). The data analysis technique in this study was based on validation analysis of Student Worksheets (LKPD). The data validation result in the form of scoring on guided inquiry-based worksheets were to improve the developed science process skills. Overall, the average score of the research result based on the assessment of the three validators obtained an average percentage of 97,7% with very feasible criteria to use. The Student Worksheets (LKPD) could be claimed to be feasible or not by using the Likert scale formula with the percentage of Student Worksheets (LKPD) eligibility. The conclusion from this study was that guided inquiry-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) were appropriate for training students’ science process skills. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk berupa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains siswa pada materi perpindahan kalor. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis validasi LKPD. Data hasil validasi berupa penskoran terhadap LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains yang dikembangkan. Secara keseluruhan, skor rata-rata hasil penelitian berdasarkan penilaian dari tiga validator diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 97,7% dengan kriteria sangat layak digunakan. LKPD dapat dikatakan layak atau tidaknya dapat dilihat menggunakan rumus skala likert dengan persentase kelayakan LKPD. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing layak untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains siswa
