Decision Support Systems (DSS) have become an integral element in various fields, helping organizations optimize decision making. This research aims to develop and apply an effective DSS in dealing with decision complexity. The methodology used is the MAUT Method which involves needs analysis, assessing and implementing information technology. The proposed DSS utilizes advanced data analysis techniques, including machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms, to process information from various sources. Holistic data integration and rapid processing enable the use of historical and real-time data to support timely decision making. Additionally, the intuitive user interface is designed to increase user accessibility and understanding of the information presented. The research results show that the implemented SPK succeeded in increasing accuracy and efficiency in the decision-making process. In conclusion, the use of this DSS makes a positive contribution to the organization's ability to optimize decision making, increase operational efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors in complex decision making. The same resolution method in decision making, with the aim that the Medan District Court can be more efficient and effective in assessing the best service standards criteria. Implementation of a decision support system will provide a solution in determining the best service standards at the Medan District Court. Keywords: SPK, MAUT Method, Society Service
