Global information exchange can now be carried out due to the rapid development of information technology, especially information system technology, in the era of globalization. Even though training is very important for human resource development, processing training data manually still causes difficulties. A web-based training system is recommended as a solution to this problem in order to improve participant performance. By simplifying the methodical storage and retrieval of data, the system hopes to increase the amount of information shared through websites. The waterfall paradigm in software development, which consists of stages from requirements analysis to maintenance, is used in this research. Using a qualitative methodology that combines interviews, observations, and literature reviews.
