<![CDATA[Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi membuat peluang interaksi sosial semakin luas tidak terbatas ruang dan waktu, media sosial Facebook melalui fitur marketplace memungkinkan para penggunanya untuk melakukan transaksi jual beli beli. Salah satu transaksi yang ditemukan adalah jual beli sepeda motor tanpa dokumen yang Berdasarkan pasal 480 KUHP yang tergolong sebagai penadahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penegakan hukum terhadap jual beli sepeda motor tanpa dokumen dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi penegakan hukum pada praktek jual beli sepeda motor tanpa dokumen melalui media sosial facebook di wilaya Polresta Banyumas. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana penegakan hukum sekaligus faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penegakan hukum jual beli sepeda motor tanpa dokumen di wilayah Polresta Banyumas. Penelitian ini di desain dengan metode empiris. Data bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder yang di peroleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan literatur riview, serta di analisis dengan metode deskriptif _ analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Polresta Banyumas telah menangani beberapa perkara jual beli sepeda motor tanpa dokumen, selain dapat diancam pasal 480 dan 481 KUHP pelaku jual beli sepeda motor juga dapat di kenakan pasal UU ITE. Polresta Banyumas merasa sulit dalam melacak indikasi jual beli sepeda motor tanpa dokumen. One of the transactions found was the sale and purchase of motorbikes without documents based on article 480 of the Criminal Code which was classified as a detention. The purpose of this study is to find out how law enforcement is against buying and selling motorbikes without documents and to find out the factors that influence law enforcement in the practice of buying and selling motorbikes without documents through social media Facebook in the Banyumas Police District. The problem raised in this study is how to enforce the law as well as what factors influence the law enforcement of buying and selling motorbikes without documents in the Banyumas Police area. This study was designed with an empirical method. Data sourced from primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, observation and literature review, and analyzed using descriptive analytical methods. The results showed that the Banyumas Police had handled several cases of buying and selling motorbikes without documents, in addition to being threatened with articles 480 and 481 of the Criminal Code, the perpetrators of buying and selling motorbikes could also be subject to articles of the ITE Law.
