This study investigates the impact of remote work on employee well-being in the post-COVID-19 era. Through a literature review, the research highlights that remote work often leads to negative outcomes such as blurred boundaries between work and personal life, increased social isolation, heightened stress, challenges in work-life balance, and declines in performance and productivity. The findings suggest that organizations need to adopt effective strategies to manage these issues, including improving boundary management, enhancing social connectivity, and supporting employees' work-life balance to mitigate the adverse effects of remote work.
