Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to empower Dupa Ayu Bagus Angkar MSMEs located in Sangeh Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, Bali, in facing various business challenges. This program identifies the main problems faced by MSMEs, namely the lack of adequate production facilities, suboptimal digital marketing, and manual financial management. Through a solution-based approach, this program includes providing digital marketing training, financial management using Microsoft Excel, and providing production facilities in the form of digital scales and perfume pumps. The results of the program show an increase in production capacity, optimization of digital marketing strategies, and improvements in financial management at Dupa Ayu Bagus Angkar MSMEs. Thus, this program is expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in an increasingly competitive market, as well as provide a positive impact on the local economy in Bali.
