<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini dilator belakangi dari fenommena lapangan yang ada di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Jambi yang disebarkan kepada 42 siswa sebagai sampel, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat komunikasi interpersonal orang tua siswa, mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa, mengetahui hubungan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepercayaan diri siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan uji persentase, uji normalitas, lineariitas dan korelasi. Adapun hasil penelitian uji korelasi komunikasi interpersonal (X) berada pada klasifikasi tingkat tinggi sebesar 78,5%. dan kepercayaan diri (Y) berada pada klasifikasi tingkat tinggi sebesar 70,1%. Hasil uji korelasi sebesar 0,517 yang mana hasil r hitung > 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima Ho ditolakKata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Kepercayaan Diri.Abstrack This research is based on field phenomena at SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City which was distributed to 42 students as a sample, which aims to determine the level of interpersonal communication between parents of students, determine the level of student self-confidence, and determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and student self-confidence. The research method uses percentage tests, normality tests, linearity and correlation. The research results of the interpersonal communication correlation test (X) are at a high level of classification at 78.5%. and self-confidence (Y) is at a high level classification of 70.1%.
