Abstrak Pendidikan di SMP Badridduja Full Day School memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk karakter dan kecerdasan siswa. Program Tahsin dan Tahfidz Al-Qur''an telah dijalankan dengan baik, sesuai dengan visi sekolah. Namun, permasalahan dan kendala terkait pelaksanaan program ini perlu diidentifikasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan program Tahsin dan Tahfidz di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, bertempat di SMP Badridduja Full Day School Kabupaten Probbolinggo, Provinsi Jawa Timur.
