<![CDATA[Wealth in the form of cultural, racial, national, and religious diversity owned by the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is sunnatullah. The diversity of the Indonesian people is like a double-edged sword, one side can be an asset to advance the nation for the better and on the other hand, it can lead to conflict in the Indonesian nation. This study aims to identify the inculcation of ta`dib values in children in the teaching and learning process at the Baitul Amal Mosque TPA Padang City. This research uses exploratory mixed methods designs. The first stage of qualitative data was taken by interviewing six informants who were determined using a purposive sampling technique. Then the interview data were analyzed thematically by collecting data using qualitative techniques according to Miles and Huberman, namely by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The second stage of quantitative data was taken using a questionnaire to the parents of 15 TPA students. The entire data were analyzed descriptively using the quantitative analysis application of IBM SPSS Statistics 24. The two stages indicated that there were at least seven ta`dib values in learning at the Baitul Amal Mosque TPA, Padang City. The seven values are adil, toleransi, dinamis, alawiyah, tahadhdhur, musawah, and shura. The results of this study also prove that the ta`dib value instilled in the TPA students is an effective effort in maintaining the unity and integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.]]>
