ABSTRAK Social Skills Training (SST) merupakan salah bentuk terapi keperawatan yangdiberikan pada klien dengan isolasi sosial. Masalah penelitian adalah masih ada klien yang tidak mampu bersosialisasi di RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui masih ada klien yang tidak mampu bersosialisasi RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu. Penelitian menggunakan desain “Pre-Experimental Pre-Post Test” dengan intervensi Social Skill Training. Populasi sebanyak 4.047 orang dan sampel diambil teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 10 orang. Jenis data penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik uji paired t-test. Hasil penelitian adalah rata-rata kemampuan bersosialisasi klien Skizofrenia sebelum terapi Social Skill Training adalah 10,90. Rata-rata kemampuan bersosialisasi klien Skizofrenia setelah terapi Social Skill Training adalah 7,10. Ada pengaruh terapi Social Skill Training terhadap kemampuan bersosialisasi klien Skizofrenia Di Rawat Inap RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu, nilai p = 0,000, berarti < 0,05 (a). Disarankan RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu, dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian sebagai acuan untuk menerapkan terapi SST pada klien skizofrenia yang membutuhkan peningkatan keterampilan sosial. The research problem is that there are still clients who are unable to socialize at the Soeprapto Bengkulu Hospital. The aim of the research is to find out that there are still clients who are unable to socialize at the Soeprapto Bengkulu Hospital. The study used a "Pre-Experimental Pre-Post Test" design with Social Skill Training interventions. The population was 4,047 people and 10 people were taken as a purposive sampling technique. The types of research data are primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used paired t-test statistics. The result of this research is that the average social skills of Schizophrenia clients before Social Skill Training therapy is 10.90. The average sociability of Schizophrenia clients after Social Skill Training therapy is 7.10. There is an effect of Social Skill Training therapy on the sociability of schizophrenic clients in the Inpatient Hospital of Soeprapto Bengkulu Hospital, p value = 0.000, meaning <0.05 (α). It is suggested that the Soeprapto Bengkulu Hospital can use the research results as a reference for applying SST therapy to schizophrenic clients who need increased social skills.
