<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Pendidikan kesehatan yang bisa digunakan dalam usaha untuk mengubah perilaku masyarakat terkait kesehatan terdiri dari beberapa model. Salah satunya model BASNEF (Beliefs, Attitudes, Subjective Norms, and Enabling Factors). Masalah penelitian adalah masih tingginya angka kejadian hiepertensi dan banyaknya pasien yang tidak patuh minum obat hipertensi di Puskesmas Megang Kota Lubuklinggau. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan Model BASNEF (Beliefs, Attitude, Subjectives Norms and Enabling Factors) Terhadap Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pada Lansia Dengan Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Megang Kota Lubuklinggau.Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperiment dengan pendekatan pre test-post test one group design. Populasi sebanyak 1.605 orang dan sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Jenis data penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik uji Wilcoxon test.Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini adalah rata-rata kepatuhan minum obat pada lansia dengan hipertensi sebelum pendidikan kesehatan model BASNEF adalah 6,2, rata-rata nilai kepatuhan minum obat pada lansia dengan hipertensi setelah pendidikan kesehatan model BASNEF adalah 6,75 dan ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan model BASNEF terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pada lansia dengan hipertensi di Puskesmas Megang Kota Lubuklinggau dengan nilai p = 0,005 (p < α 0,05).Simpulan : Bagi Puskesmas Megang Kota Lubuklinggau, diharapkan agara dapat meneruskan pelaksanaan SOP pendidikan kesehatan model BASNEF kepada pasien hipertensi untuk bisa mengontrol kepatuhan pasien dalam minum obat hipertensi.Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Kesehatan Model BASNEF, Kepatuhan Minum Obat, Lanjut Usia, Hipertensi ABSTRACT Background : Health education that can be used in an effort to change people's behavior related to health consists of several models. One of them is the BASNEF model (Beliefs, Attitudes, Subjective Norms, and Enabling Factors). The research problem is the high incidence of hypertension and the large number of patients who do not adhere to taking hypertension medication at the Megang Health Center, Lubuklinggau City. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the BASNEF Health Education Model (Beliefs, Attitude, Subjective Norms and Enabling Factors) on Medication Compliance in the Elderly with Hypertension at the Megang Health Center, Lubuklinggau City.Methods : The type of research used was pre-experiment with a pre-test-post-test one group design approach. The population is 1,605 people and the sample is 20 people. The types of research data are primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon test statistic.Results : The results of this study were that the average medication adherence in the elderly with hypertension before the BASNEF model health education was 6.2, the average value of medication adherence in the elderly with hypertension after the BASNEF model health education was 6.75 and there was an effect of the health education model BASNEF on adherence to taking medication in the elderly with hypertension at the Megang Health Center, Lubuklinggau City, with a value of p = 0.005 (p <α 0.05).Conclusion :For the Megang Health Center in Lubuklinggau City, it is hoped that they can continue the implementation of the BASNEF model health education SOP for hypertensive patients to be able to control patient adherence in taking hypertension medication.Keywords: BASNEF Model Health Education, Medication Compliance, Elderly, Hypertension]]>
