PENGARUH COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY (CBT) TERHADAP PENILAIAN HARGA DIRI SITUASIONAL PADA KLIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK (GGK) DI RUMAH SAKIT SITI AISYAH KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Gagal ginjal memiliki dampak terhadap aspek biologis yang berkaitan dengan harga dirinya. Intervensi keperawatan yang dapat diberikan pada pasien dengan harga diri rendah  adalah  Cognitive  Behaviour  Therapy  (CBT).  Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui pengaruh Cognitive behavior therapy  (CBT)  terhadap  penilaian  harga  diri  situasional  pada  klien  Gagal  Ginjal Kronik (GGK) di RS Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pra- eksperimental dengan pendekatan pre test-post test one group design dengan cara memberikan perlakuan pada semua responden. Populasi sebanyak 2.221 orang dan sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Jenis data penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik uji Wilcoxon test.Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai rata-rata harga diri pada klien Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK)  sebelum  Cognitive Behavior Therapy  (CBT)  adalah  18,20. Nilai  rata-rata harga diri pada klien Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK) setelah Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT adalah 22,75. Ada pengaruh Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) terhadap penilaian harga diri situasional pada klien Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK), nilai  p =0,000, berarti < 0,05 (α).Simpulan : Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan pelayanan kesehatan yang terintegrasi dalam pelayanan keperawatan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan, pada klien dengan masalah-masalah psikososial.Kata  Kunci :    Cognitive  behavior therapy  (CBT),  Harga  Diri  Situasional,  Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK). ABSTRACTBackground : Kidney failure has an impact on biological aspects related to self-esteem. Nursing intervention that can be given to patients with low self-esteem is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). The research problem is that many CRF patients have poor self- esteem at Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) on situational self-esteem assessment of Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) clients at Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City.Methods: This study uses quantitative research with the type of pre-experimental research with a pre test-post test one group design approach by giving treatment to all respondents. The population is 2,221 people and the sample is 20 people. The types of research data are primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon test statistic.Results : The results of this study are the average value of self-esteem in clients with Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) before Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is 18.20. The average value of self-esteem in clients with Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) after Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is 22.75. There is an influence of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) on assessment of situational self-esteem in clients with Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD), p value = 0.000, means <0.05 (α).Conclusion: The results CBT therapy can be used to develop integrated health services in nursing services in an effort to improve the quality of nursing care, for clients with psychosocial problems.Keywords:  Cognitive  behavior  therapy  (CBT),  Situational  Self-Esteem,  Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
